I’m still reeling from the death of one of my favorite artists of all time, so here is what I think is one of his best songs. All his stuff is amazing, but there’s something about the work he did as a kid that just tugs at my heart a little. Listening to this tune, it’s evident this person was born to be a legend.

One of my fellow YouTubers is having a contest and I decided to share my entry with you guys since I love it so much. We had to come up with a look inspired by a music artist we love, and I went with Nikka Costa since I just saw her in San Francisco a few weeks ago. The look I created is based on the cover for her second album, CAN’TNEVERDIDNOTHIN. Lemme know if you guys wanna see a tutorial on this, since it turned out so purdy!

I’m devastated as one of my all time favorite artists passed away earlier today. I have ALWAYS been a fan, and I ALWAYS will be. Thanks for the amazing music MJ, there will NEVER be another like you.

Normally I post some type of 90s R&B tune as my Monday Music Flashback, but in honor of Father’s Day yesterday, and as a gift to my beloved papa I decided to post one of his faves.
