I usually don’t post my tag videos here since they’re more of a YouTube thing, but this one was particularly fun so I thought I would share it with you guys as well. I created this one myself because I really wanted to do a holiday tag but didn’t like any of the ones I’ve seen going around. They all just seemed sooooo boring – I mean how many times can you hear people answering the same questions over and over again before you just wanna stab yourself in the eye with a candy cane? So here’s my take on the holiday tag – now with more fun! Uh, and booze. But it’s me so you probably already guessed that =)

One of my favorite things about life as a beauty blogger is I get the opportunity to try out beauty products and accessories I wouldn’t otherwise know about. The accessories maven I’m talking to you lovelies about in this video is a loyal YouTube subscriber of mine who in recent months has opened up a fabulous fashion and accessories boutique. She knows I la-la-loooove jewelry so she sent me a few pieces and I just had to show them off because I love them so much.

I love the Hello Kitty necklace so much, and the quality is really good considering she’s only charging $5 for these. (Colors vary depending on what she has in stock, but I’ve seen pink, blue and lots of other colors on her site.)

In addition to the necklace, Rinaa hooked me up with these gorgeous, large hoop earrings ($8.50) and the most stunning hand painted floral skull ring (Last I checked these were still out of stock, but they run for $3). I’ve been wearing the ring since I got it and I get compliments on it pretty much everywhere I go.

While most beauty gurus spend more time focusing on their eyeshadow, I tend to spend more time on my lips and it’s easier to change up throughout the day to suit my moods. So I thought, why not do quick tutorials focusing on lovely lip looks that look good with any type of eye makeup. And I kinda like it – it’s a great way to satisfy the lip gloss junkie in all of us, so enjoy!

I came home to my moms last night and found a nice little surprise in my room – super cute new gym clothes! I’ve always found it so funny how my mom and I are like eachother’s stylists. Every week when I come home I have something cute I’ve found for her and vice versa. And while she almost always hits the mark with something I love, this week she did particularly well.

I love the zebra print on these yoga pants, especially because it’s hot pink which looks so cute against black. And the sequined DKNY tee is absolutely something I can wear to the gym or out and about with a came underneath.

I love the transparent sequins on this tee because it adds just a hint of sparkle without too much bling. Because even I can’t justify wearing bling our for a jog.

I looooove the distressed v-neck – it gives the shirt an edgier look. Plus if it gets beat up while I’m working out it’ll just look like the design of the shirt so I’ll still be able to wear it.

While we’re on the subject of workout wear, what is it about yoga pants that makes your butt look so amazing? Seriously, I can’t stop staring at my butt in the mirror right now. I was gonna post a pic but decided to keep it classy instead =)
