Author: After my Valentine’s Day tutorial, I got lots of requests for a winged eyeliner how-to. Since a lot of you expressed being intimidated by the dramatic look, I put together a tutorial for beginners that doesn’t make the process seem so scary. Every time I do a tutorial, I get tons of questions about how I do my signature winged eyeliner. So I thought I would dedicate an entire video to this simple technique so you guys can see in detail how fast and easy it really is!
