The Fabulous Bag Hunter is Back in Action!

Author: My fabulous bag hunting has been on hold due to my recent state of brokeness, but I was able to make a short-lived comeback last week when I received my tax refund. I spotted this sliver, Calvin Klein cobra print tote at Macy’s a while back and haven’t been able to get it out of my mind since. And so last week, I made it mine. It’s the first designer bag I’ve purchased in at least a year since I’ve been trying to pay off all my debt (boo!) so this was a particularly exciting purchase for me. I remember the days when I lived at home and could spend entire paychecks on the latest Coach bag instead of rent and credit card bills. Aaaaah the good ol’ days…
It’s no wonder this bag caught my attention, look how shiny it is! Plus it’s big enough to fit all the crap I carry with me on a daily basis. My bf calls this my suitcase cuz I pack as much in here as I possibly can. Oh, you don’t believe me do you…?
In here we have, well basically everything in the universe. As you can see, I never leave home without my sparkly Hello Kitty wallet, Hello Kitty bandaids, Strawberry Body Butter, Hello Kitty coin purse (for my sparkle shank) and a few other items. Beneath all that lies a gigantic make-up bag and a bunch of other crap.
Here’s a close up of the print. I love the detail work here. I think the little charm is super cute too!
One of my favorite features is the little cell phone pockets on the sides. Anyone who knows me knows I’m constantly missing phone calls cuz I can’t find my phone at the bottom of my purse, so this makes it much easier to get to.
Adding to my excitement, I found these super cute silver wedges at Torrid to match my bag, so naturally I had to get them!
The only downside is I doubt to my darling new bag is I doubt it would survive the rain very well, so I’ll definitely have to switch it out when the weather gets bad. Which upon looking out my window looks like could be any second now. Time to break out the my school terry cloth Juicy shopper!
