Michael Jackson Flashback Monday!
I’m still reeling from the death of one of my favorite artists of all time, so here is what I think is one of his best songs. All his stuff is amazing, but there’s something about the work he did as a kid that just tugs at my heart a little. Listening to this tune, it’s evident this person was born to be a legend.
RIP Michael, the world will NEVER know a bigger star <3

Flashback Music Monday: A Tribute to Ma Daddy!
Normally I post some type of 90s R&B tune as my Monday Music Flashback, but in honor of Father’s Day yesterday, and as a gift to my beloved papa I decided to post one of his faves. This is one of those songs that everyone likes no matter who they are or what kinda music they’re into. Cuz let’s face it peeps, the game don’t get no pimper than it does with Niel Diamond!
Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing daddy’s out there. And to my own daddy, the late Jerry Backman Sr, I love you and miss you very much. You were the most amazing dad I could have ever asked for, and I can’t wait to see you again someday <3
