Tuesday Night Beauty Haul♥

I’ve been dying to get my hands on MACs new Glitter and Ice Holiday Collection and finally had a free night to do it…wheeeeeeeeee!!! Just as I suspected, this is my favorite collection MAC has released, well, ever so I did a pretty decent amount of damage while I was there.

Before I get into the goodies I picked up, look how pretty they holiday bags are. I haven’t decided if I wanna keep this or re-purpose it as a gift bag but either way I love it.

I couldn’t decide what I liked best, so I got a little bit of everything…to start with of course. I’ll be back for round two by next week I’m sure, as there were a few more dazzleglass colors I had my eye on ;)

Though I love all the new dazzleglass colors, I grabbed Spanking Rich (intense sparkling pink) and She-Zam (icy silver with pink flecks). I also got two Mineralize Eye Shadows in Shimmermint (shimmery mint green) and Frozen Blue (an icy, silvery blue). The Pièce de résistance to my haul is the Ice Parade Snowglobe eye shadow palette in Cool, which has the makings of one fierce smokey eye.

My favorite part about the Snowglobe Palette is that it actually looks like a snowglobe when you shake it. It’s pretty much my favorite packaging for any beauty product ever in the history of the world =)

On my way out of the mall I also stopped by Keihl’s for some hair therapy and found this Superbly Smoothing Argan Hair Pak loving so far despite the $25 price tag. I also got some Clean Hold Styling Gel, which I pretty much hate. Expect a YouTube rant on this one, as to me there’s no reason a $16 hair gel should leave my curls sticky and crunchy.

The Most Blinged Out Haul Ever!

I know I’ve been MIA for a while, but I caught the flu of fail that’s been going around so I’ve been out of commission for the past week and a half. Amidst all the coughing and sneezing I managed to make a video of the most fabulous haul I’ve ever done. Everything is covered in sequins and jewels!

My new bag and shoes are so sparkly they make my wood floor look like a disco ball!

These gorgeous Steve Maddens are by far my favorite shoes I’ve ever purchased. They almost remind me of something Lady Gaga would wear, and in person the sparkle is unbelievable!

Steve Madden’s new BGLITZ bag almost looks like a Juicy bag but with much more sparkle. And it’s only about half the price. I just love how the different shades of blue give it a multi-dimensional look.

Told ya this haul was fabulous, just call me Zsa Zsa! Or Mariah! Or Gaga, whatever works.

Haul Time! Sephora, Ulta, Target, Rock & Republic

I haven’t done a haul in a while, but I’ve done a little shopping here and there and picked up some good stuff so I figured I would share since you guys love hauls so much. It’s a pretty good mix of high and drug store items, which is pretty much how I always do things when it comes to beauty products.

And yes, that really is how I cool off on a hot day!

I just love how that NYC lipgloss photographs – the color is so vibrant. I would say it’s almost a dupe for my Lancome La Laque Fever in Electric Pink, and it costs $23 less!

As for the Sonia Kashuk Brush Cleaner, so far I like it. Check back tomorrow for a full review!

Haul Time – Sephora, Ulta and Steve Madden!

I love payday cuz it means it’s time to treat myself to a few goodies to make me smile. I’ve been really good about budgeting lately to make sure I have enough to spend on the necessities as well as a few little extras – so this shopping trip was well deserved!

My first stop was a shoe store next to Ulta called OffBroadway. It’s pretty much my go-to place for shoes when I can’t make it to the DSW on the other side of town because they carry a lot of my favorite brands like Michael Kors and Betseyville. These Steve Madden wedges caught my eye as I was passing by and I just couldn’t resist. Wedges have long been my weakness and these are just perfect for fall.

After getting my new fall shoes I headed to Ulta and picked up Stila lip glaze in Vanilla (a shimmering neutral shade), Ulta Vanilla Sugar hand sanitizer and of course, an industrial size bottle of Kenra Smoothing Serum to keep my unruly curls in check. I also grabbed another purse size bottle of Vanilla Sugar perfume because I somehow lost the last one. Good thing it’s only $7! Oh ya, and a package of Violent Lips tattoos in pink leopard. I’m gonna have some fun with that one!

I picked this up yesterday during a shopping trip with my friends. I am absolutely in LOVE with this eyeliner, so expect a review soon. It’s got the finest felt tip I’ve ever seen – you should (and will) see how sharp winged eyeliner looks with this!

So that’s all my shopping for the month, I’ll do a review of the eyeliner this weekend so you all can see how fabulous it really is!

Mini Ulta Haul♡

I had to stop by Ulta the other day to pick up some props for my first commercial shoot (for my day job) and decided to grab a few things for myself while I was there. I mean come on, you can’t expect me to go into an Ulta and not get SOMETHING for myself. That would be just…un-Jackie like! I didn’t get a whole lot since I was there on a more important mission, but the few things I did get were goooood.

The first thing I grabbed was Benefit’s new They’re Real mascara. I’ve been dying to try this since I saw them talk about it on the Home Shopping Network a few months ago so I more than gladly handed over my $22 to get my hands on it. I’ll be taping a review on it sometime this week, but I absolutely love it so far. I also picked up the Too Faced Primed and Poreless face primer with the bronzed tint since I’ve been looking to try a new primer anyway and love the idea of a primer/bronzer in one. So far I like it, but not as much as the CoverFX primer I’ve been using. I’ll probably review this one in a few weeks since I generally like to use skin products for a while before I recommend them.

Being the fragrance fanatic I am, I decided to check out Ulta’s fragrances and fell in love with the Vanilla Sugar scent. It’s the perfect size for my purse, it was only $7 AND it makes me smell like a Starbucks vanilla cupcake. WIN. The last thing I grabbed on my way out was these cute little hairclips. Obviously they’re too small to use in my hair, so you’ll have to stay tuned for my next video to see what they’re for ;)
